Dec 06, 2018 Once you’ve installed the cursor, you need to enable it. Open the Settings app and go to the Devices group of settings. Select Mouse, and click the Additional mouse options. In the window that opens, go to the Pointers tab. Open the Scheme dropdown and select ‘El Capitan’ from the list of schemes. Click Apply, and then OK.
Check compatibility
You can upgrade to OS X El Capitan from OS X Snow Leopard or later on any of the following Mac models. Your Mac also needs at least 2GB of memory and 8.8GB of available storage space.

Looks like I made a blunder with previous 3.1 release. I thought it was to change user group to Administrators to fix non-English OS bug but it appeared to be only Administrator user account. Now I’ve fixed this bug and I also added Sierra wallpaper from upcoming macOS release too.
